Last week I posted on my Facebook about my money saving homemade egg bites.
(( I really wanted to make them in the Instant Pot Sous Vide so immediately ordered the silicon egg molds from Amazon! ))
The recipe I choose was simple, and I was so eager to try it out, so off to the grocery store I went. I decided to bake them in the oven with a muffin pan since I didn’t have my egg mold.

So what exactly is Sous Vide?
Well, it’s this super cool technique that allows you to maximize flavor! Sous vide cooking utilizes precise temperature control with circulation to produce results that you can’t achieve through any other cooking technique. The reason–when using traditional methods of cooking, you don’t have control over heat and temperature.
The egg bites I made last week in the oven were good. Seemed “greasy” on the outside so couldn’t wait to try the Instant Pot version!
